We do websites: designing, building and writing them. This usually happens once we’ve completed the rebranding, or new branding, for our clients.
As a branding agency, we understand the importance of making sure your website fits in to your overall brand and business strategy. And we know a website is often the first thing people look at when thinking about your business and organisation.
People’s website user experience starts with the landing page so we need to think hard about that first impression. Is it clear who you are and what you do? Have people come to the right place? Does your website reflect your brand values? If this isn’t clear, then we can help with your brand positioning, brand identity, messaging, brand architecture and all the branding services you’ll need. And this needs to be fit for purpose before we embark on the website development.
We’ll create your website strategy together by analysing your current website performance, speed and analytics. Is your website for lead generation or to raise brand awareness? It’s usually for both.
For your website design, we’ll make your UI/UX work really hard. This is where your website search functionality needs to make it easy for people to find what they’re after. And once people have come to your website (and they think it is the right place), then the key question is what do you want them to do next? The user-journey should allow people to flow easily throughout the website.
We use WordPress CMS where’s it easy to integrate social media, accessibility and SEO. And we create a responsive web design for every client which means they work for desktop and mobile devices.
Once a website is live we can offer ongoing support, hosting and maintenance. And there’s always more to think about: new services or products to add and new technologies. A website needs constant nurturing and attention so ongoing website management is important.
