London Review of Books / Curious Minds

"Strong and impactful."

Curious. Gorlizki. Subscription.

This Autumn Quotes campaign with specifically commissioned artwork is a particularly strong and impactful multi-channel campaign. DC&CO delivered each creative to tight deadlines and were always (very) amenable to the multiple changes through the creative process.

London Review of Books

Our latest subscription campaign for London Review of Books features the work of amazing artist Alexander Gorlizki. He’s regularly commissioned for cover artwork by the LRB and we suggested he was perfect for this latest campaign to show that the LRB does more than book reviews. Gorlizki’s work is surprising and provocative, combining lots of different ideas in one image, just like London Review of Books does with its articles. The magazine for curious minds. The campaign appears across social media, print and OOH advertising.

What we did

We created a subscription campaign for the London Review of Books built around a single idea: that the LRB does far more than book reviews. Working with artist Alexander Gorlizki, whose commissioned cover work captures the magazine’s spirit of surprising, provocative ideas, we developed a multi-channel campaign spanning social media, print and OOH advertising. The result made the case for the LRB as the magazine for curious minds.
