Allied Irish Bank (AIB) is one of Ireland’s leading banks. Working with Quest, our employee engagement partner, we designed the internal communications materials for AIB’s newly defined tone of voice to embed the brand values throughout the organisation and to instil and a sense of pride and purpose for the business. We created a bold, contemporary and engaging look and feel with illustrations by Natalie Bullard.
